If the system doesn't recognize your username, it's likely because you haven't logged in within the last six months. Don't worry—your account is safe! You will just need to click "Register a New Account" on the login page to set up your access to the new system. Please note that you will need your member number - login into your current online banking, check the rotating banners, jot it down and save it!
Yes! Once the new system is live, you will be able to activate a credit or debit card. You will also be able to view your full card details (number, expiration date and CVV) within online and mobile eBanking!

Verify Your Contact Details: Log in to the current system to ensure your phone number, email address, physical address, and full name are accurate. Having the right contact info ensures you receive vital setup alerts and access codes without interruption.

Secure Your Member Number: Note your current member number now so you have it ready on launch day.
Its as simple as making sure you have the recipient’s account details handy, then follow these quick steps:
- Log in to digital banking and head to Transfers.
- Click on the Accounts dropdown and scroll to the bottom.
- Select Add an Account, then choose Link to Another FedChoice Member.
- Enter the required recipient details:
- Last Name
- Account Type
- Account Number
- Share or Loan ID (e.g., 01, 20)
- Optional - Custom Account Name (Choose a nickname that makes sense on your dashboard!)
- Select whether you want to save the account for later
- Verify your setup: You will receive a verification code. Once verified, you're all set to transfer funds!
Transfers in our new system are set up on a specific Share-by-Share or Loan-by-Loan basis, rather than to a full membership.
To turn off the Snapshot feature, please select the "More" tab. From there, select "Settings" and scroll down until you see Snapshot.
Select the toggle next to Snapshot so that it turns gray, which will disable the feature. Once turned off, your account balances will no longer be displayed through Snapshot before you log in.
You are welcome to register with either member number and both accounts will show up for you.

Note for Joint Owners: To use this feature, every user needs their own primary login. If you are currently a joint owner on an account but do not have a Main Share Savings account of your own, you will just need to open a Main Share Savings account in your name. This will unlock your personal login and give you full visibility across all your accounts. If you need any help setting this up, please reach out—we’re happy to assist!
When you login into the system for the first time, you will be required to resest your password. In the event your current password meets our updated, stronger security requirements, yes you can reuse it! If it doesn't, the system will simply prompt you to create a new, more secure password during your first login to ensure your information stays protected.
To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage members to set up any pending payments before August 13th. At approximately 4:00 PM ET on August 13th, BillPay will temporarily go offline while we transfer your existing payees and scheduled payments to our upgraded platform. Full access will be restored by or before noon on August 18th.
Rest assured, any payments already scheduled to go out between August 13th and August 18th will process as planned!
Yes, all of your historical data is coming with you. You will have full access to your past transactions, eStatements, and tax documents right from day one—plus, the new system will make it even easier to search through them.
Abosultely! We expect the downtime to be minimal while we move from one system to the other, however you will have full access to your funds during the transition.
Yes, in most cases your username will stay the same. However, to keep our system secure and efficient, we only migrated accounts that have been active within the last six months. If you haven't logged in recently, you will just need to complete a quick re-registration process
Maybe! If you have automatic updates turned on, your app will update automatically as soon as the new version becomes available. If you prefer to manage updates manually, attempting to log in to the current app will trigger a prompt directing you to your app store to download the new version.

If you have scheudled transfers currently set up, yes they will move over to the new banking system however, they will not be able to be edited. If you need to change them, you will need to cancel and set them up again. If you have one time transfers, they will not move to the new system.
