No, they are not necessary for ITMs.

Q: Are ITMs and ATMs the same?

No. ITMs perform all functions ATMs perform, but also include a face-to-face experience with a FedChoice Financial Service Advisors which allows for many more types of transactions.

Q: What hours are Financial Service Advisors available for assistance on the ITM?

Financial Service Advisors will be available from: Monday, Tuesday, Thurs. 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. During off hours, you can continue to use the ITM to make payments, deposits and complete withdrawals!

Q: What types of transactions are made at ITMs?

Members can perform all functions of an ATM at an ITM in addition to: Cashing Checks Cash and Check Deposits and Withdrawls Loan Payments and Transfers
