New FoneTeller Launched November 1st, 2018

Recently, our FoneTeller system went offline. While our old system is widely known and used by many, the vendor that originally programmed it was unable to support FoneTeller any longer which meant more and more outages and then finally the full failure of the system. Knowing that a failure was possible, we were already working on an updated replacement system to bring you a newly enhanced experience.

As of November 1, 2018 our new system launched and is now taking your calls.  By clicking here, you will find an updated phone tree to help you navigate the new phone system. There are a few changes that you should also be aware of.  With the newly updated FoneTeller, you will notice:

  • You'll be greeted and assisted by a new voice.
  • You're now able to use vocal commands in some situations such as providing your member number.
  • You'll no longer be able to use Expert Mode (shortcuts).
  • Finally, as a security measure, when you login into the system for the first time, you'll be required to create a new PIN. Note: The previous FoneTeller system required use of an Access Code. In our new system, you will create and use a PIN going forward.
