Skip-a-Pay - Auto, Personal, Line-of-Credit - Have a loan with FedChoice? You may qualify to take advantage of up to three Skip-a-Payments on your FedChoice loan even if you have skipped a payment within the last 12 months. The option, to skip up to three payments, is available on vehicle loans (including boats, RVs, motorcycles, etc.), lines-of-credit, and personal loans (including share secured).# Simply click here to submit your request. VISA® credit cards and real estate loans do not qualify for this program. Members may not skip more than three payments on any one loan. If a request is received for more than a total of three Skip-a-Pays per loan, we will adjust the number skipped accordingly. 

Note: Interest will continue to accrue on your account. Due to the volume of requests that we are receiving it may take us up to two business days to process your form. We recommend reviewing your eBanking account after that time to ensure that the due date has been moved forward per your request.

Skip-a-Pay - Visa® Credit Cards - All Visa Credit cards that qualify will receive a skip-a-pay for the month of June. If you qualify, this will be noted on your May statement.+ You don't need to do anything, your payment will be automatically skipped! This second skip on your Visa payment will replace the regularly scheduled August skip.

Note: Interest will continue to accrue on your account. If you have your account set to Auto Pay, you will need to make your payment manually. If you would like to opt out in the future from Skip-a-Pays, please contact us.


If you need to speak with someone about possibly deferring a payment on your mortgage:

  • If your loan was originated prior to January 1, 2020 you will contact our former mortgage payment partner CU Members Mortgage at 800.607.3474.
  • If your loan was originated after January 1, 2020 you will contact our current mortgage payment partner MyCUMortgage at 877.912.8009.

#Your loan must be current to skip a payment. Additional conditions may apply. If you would like to skip your payment, please contact us so that we may review your account eligibility. No more than three skipped payments per loan. If you’ve already skipped a payment, this will be taken into consideration and your request adjusted accordingly.

+Qualifying criteria includes an on time payment in May (or having had your Visa payment automatically skipped in May) and the credit card must be open for at least three months.
