Mobile eBanking Update - Now Live!
We're excited to launch our improved FedChoice Mobile App.
Member feedback is very important to us here at FedChoice. And, we often ask what you think about our products and services. Right now we’re happy to announce that one of the most requested features for our Mobile eBanking app is available - Fingerprint Authentication.
We also heard loud and clear that you wanted things more streamlined - so we overhauled the look and how you get around in the app. That means that navigating the app will be easier than ever!
A few additional improvements that we have recently released-
Quick Balance - This feature enables you to view selected, real-time account balances pre-authentication. See your balance without logging in!
Pending Transactions - These transactions are displayed above non-pending transactions, under the date when transaction took place. Look for the new icon!
Running Balance - This is your balance with everything figured in - pending, scheduled via FedChoice Billpay and transactions that have already taken place.
To utilize Fingerprint Authentication, this option must be available on your phone. Not all phones come with this option. Supported devices include:
iOS: v3.8.X+ for all devices that support the Touch ID scanner (iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 7, iPad mini 3, etc.), with iOS 8+ installed
Android: v3.9.42+ for Samsung devices that support the Samsung Pass scanner (Galaxy S5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note Edge, Galaxy Alpha, Galaxy S5 Mini)
Android v4.0+: Native Android fingerprint API supported.
