Member Shoppers

member_shopperWe’re looking for members to give us their opinion about the service at FedChoice and we’re willing to pay for it! As a member-owner of the Credit Union, we want to ensure you and other members are receiving the best possible service available. That’s why we’re looking for members to evaluate our service.

Mystery shopping is not difficult. In fact, anytime you visit or call FedChoice, you are already consciously or subconsciously evaluating the service you’re receiving. Now, we want to hear from you!

If you’re selected to be a mystery shopper, we’ll ask you to observe or listen for certain behaviors. Then, log on to the MysteryShoppers website and fill out an easy-to-complete form. And you’re done!  When your “shop” is complete, we will credit $10 to $20 to your account, depending on the type of shop you have completed. It’s that easy!

FedChoice has contracted with MemberShoppers, a respected provider of mystery shopping services to credit unions across the country, to coordinate this program. We have this partnership to ensure that each of your evaluations remains confidential. Employees will not know which member has evaluated their service.

Sound interesting? If so, follow these steps to apply:

  2. Click on the link that says “Become a Mystery Shopper” to read more about the program.
