Who's eligible for membership?
All federal civilian employees, annuitants and their families in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia metropolitan areas, and their Immediate Family and Household Members.
All federal contractors in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia metropolitan areas, (from companies such as Lockheed Martin Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and The Boeing Company) and their Immediate Family and Household Members.
Remember, you'll need a few things to complete your membership application:
An email address to create a login.
Your state-issued ID (Driver’s License, State ID card, etc.).
$50 Membership Deposit. We accept electronic transfers (ACH), cash, check and Visa® or Mastercard® credit and debit cards. From now until November 30th, 2017, you can do it for simply $5.00! When you deposit $5.00 and join FedChoice as a new member, we will deposit the remaining $45.00 to your new account to satisfy the opening membership amount.*

*Par Value for FedChoice Membership is $50.00. From November 1st, 2017 through November 30th, 2017, for anyone who joins FedChoice as a new member and deposits at least $5.00 into their new savings account, FedChoice will fund the additional $45.00 to meet the Par Value requirement. To earn dividends and avoid maintenance fee charges, members are required to have a daily minimum balance of $50.00. New members must meet membership eligibility requirements.
