You May Receive a Call From Jill About Your Debit/Credit Card Activity
FedChoice has had a long standing relationship with CO-OP Financial Services to provide our members with fraud monitoring for your FedChoice Credit and/or Debit Cards. And now, as part of our continuing commitment to bring you the best in technology and service, the Fraud Detection and Notification System is undergoing an upgrade. This new system will notify you more quickly when fraudulent activity is suspected. The notification portion of the system now includes a state-of-the-art automated assistant to help you review transactions and confirm your spending activity on your FedChice Credit and/or Debit Card.
You may receive a call from our automated assistant, “Jill”. If you do, please work with “her” to answer questions regarding recent card activity. The Card Member Security team that provides fraud alert management for FedChoice is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week should you need assistance from a live agent.
If suspicious transactions are identified as fraudulent, calls will be transferred to the member support team at Card Member Security to help you take the necessary precautions to protect your cards and related accounts.
If the recent activity is legitimate, you’ll will be able to close the case with the phone attendant.
