1. Loan Specialist, Lending - Lanham, MD (Full-time)
This Loan Specialist is responsible for servicing and guiding members through the entire loan process. This includes accurate and timely loan origination, processing, closures, disbursements and maintenance of Consumer, and VISA loan applications. With knowledge of the Credit Union’s various loan products, the Specialist helps members to understand different loan options and benefits.
This Jr. Systems Administrator provides operational support for core processing and infrastructure support systems. Assists with service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement of all network and server infrastructure.
3. Solutions Programmer Analyst, IT - Lanham, MD (Full-time)
This position ensures provides oversight of all IT system applications and develops and implements information systems that support core operations that allow the credit union to provide services to members. Provides technical support, engineering support, and programming/development support to all Credit Union IT systems and services.
4. Financial Service Advisor (FSA), Member Care Center - Lanham, MD (Full-time)
The FSA identifies member’s needs by cross selling products and services, processing member requests, performing teller and other cash handling functions, opening new accounts, etc. The FSA builds and maintains relationships and assists members with savings, loans, investments, credit counseling, and online services.
*This position is located in a call center environment and assists members by phone with inbound calls.

The Floater FSA is based in New Carrollton, MD and travels to two other MD locations (Lanham and NARA) as needed. The FSA performs both teller (cash handling) and platform (member accounts) responsibilities.
