The Financial Service Advisor (FSA) identifies member’s needs by cross selling products and services, processing member requests, performing teller and other cash handling functions, opening new accounts, etc. The FSA builds and maintains relationships and assists members with savings, loans, investments, credit counseling, and online services.

3. Financial Service Advisor, Financial Advisory Center - Lanham, MD (Full-time)
Note: This FSA position is located in a call center environment and assists members by phone.
The Financial Concierge is the first point of contact at the Headquarters location. The Concierge serves as a receptionist/greeter, directs visitors and members to the appropriate staff member, receives telephone calls and responds to questions.
