1. Financial Service Advisor (FSA), Financial Advisory Center - Lanham, MD (Full-time)
The FSA identifies member’s needs by cross selling products and services, processing member requests, performing teller and other cash handling functions, opening new accounts, etc. The FSA builds and maintains relationships and assists members with savings, loans, investments, credit counseling, and online services.
*This position is located in a call center environment and assists members by phone with inbound calls.
The Floater FSA is based in New Carrollton, MD and travels to two other MD locations (Lanham and NARA) as needed. The FSA performs both teller (cash handling) and platform (member accounts) responsibilities.
This position provides administrative support for all lending and recovery services activities of the Lending Department.
This position provides administrative support for Delivery Channles (branches, call center, and electronic services). Responsible for providing a variety of service-related functions for internal and external members, whether in person, phone, or electronic means. Also assists with various training, projects, and support responsibilities.
